ingredients
3 tablespoons strawberry purée (blend a handful of strawberries and save any extra for smoothies or ice cream)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup milk of choice
Ice
Shot of matcha (2-3 teaspoons matcha + 1/4 cup warm water, whisked until frothy)
Strawberry to garnish

Add strawberry purée to a glass.

Pour in maple syrup, then milk.

Add ice.

Layer in frothed matcha on top.

Garnish with a strawberry.
